What type of paper/materials do you use?

Each image is professionally printed on high quality, eco-conscious Hahnemühle Natural Line Bamboo paper (90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton) entirely made from natural material. Bamboo is grown without any chemicals or pesticides and uses far less water to grow, helping to save valuable resources and protecting the impact on our natural environment. 

The natural white, warm-toned bamboo paper does not contain optical brighteners and is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most precise requirements in terms of age resistance. 

All shipping materials are compostable and biodegradable.

Do you offer framing?

We do not offer framing. However, we are more than happy to assist in helping you choose the right one for you.

Can I order a custom print/size?

Yes! Please contact hello@michelleospino.com with the image or size that you are interested in. 

When will my print ship and how long will it take to ship?

All artwork has a production time of 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

After production, your order will be shipped from our print store in the US and shipping times will depend on the final destination:

US: 1-5 business days

Rest of world: up to 14 business days

Prints under 18" x 22" ship flat and all others will ship rolled in a tube. 

Any duty tax are to be paid and handled by the customer.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from our print store in the US.  

What is your return policy?

Prints are made to order and are non refundable. 

Please note that the colors may vary slightly to the display on your computer screen or mobile device.

If damages occur en route (and you can show that it was damaged in transit) we will swiftly make good on any damages that may occur during travel.
